ORCA AR-15 – USB

The Orca is an AR-15 rifle with a 3D printed upper and lower system. It is a preeminent member of a new generation of printed ARs that support printing the upper receiver as well as the lower. The goal of the project is to print as much of the AR-15 as possible, without compromising the performance.

The following components that would be on a factory AR-15 have been replaced by printed or non-firearm parts, or made unnecessary:

• Upper
• Lower
• Handguard
• Buffer tube
• Barrel nut
• Stock
• Grip
• Takedown pins
• Buffer retainer

The Orca design has been extensively tested by the guncad community and has proved its worth.
